Next Level Salted Pretzel And Nutella Rocky Road

Ingredients

2 cups dark chocolate buttons
2 cups Nutella
1 cup mini marshmallows/regular marshmallows halved, plus extra for decorating
1 cup pretzels, crushed, plus extra whole pretzels for decorating

Method

Line a 20cm x 20 cm baking tin with baking paper.

Put the dark chocolate into a heat proof bowl. Place on top of a medium-sized saucepan filled 1/4 of the way with water on medium-low heat.

Let the steam slowly melt the chocolate, stirring occasionally. Once the chocolate is almost melted, add the Nutella. Then gently stir until all is combined and smooth.

Remove from the heat and stir through your marshmallows and pretzels.

Pour the mixture out onto your prepared baking tin. Smooth it out using a spatula until it forms one lumpy layer.

To decorate, press whole pretzels and extra marshmallows into the top of mixture.

Pop into the fridge to set for at least 1-2 hours or until firm. You can put it in the freezer to speed up the process.

When set, take out of the tin. Using a knife cut the rocky road to make 16 squares.

Serve or store in the fridge in an air tight container.
