Ingredients

30ml Patrón Añejo
30ml Patrón Silver
125 ml Bloody Mary mix:

Horseradish
½ lemon, juiced
1 twist of salt
2 twists of pepper
200ml tomato juice
2 dashes of Tabasco
3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Dash pickle juice
Garnish celery stalk
Garnish cucumber slice
Garnish pickle slice

Method

Combine ingredients in a mixing tin or pint glass and “roll” the drink by pouring it back and forth between the two. Strain onto fresh ice in a collins glass. If you like, rim the glass with salt. Garnish with celery stalk, cucumber and pickle slice.
