How to make Ash Pollard's signature Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Coco pops
2 Snickers, roughly chopped
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
50g unsalted butter
500g milk or dark chocolate

Method

In a bowl combine the Coco Pops, Snickers and icing sugar.
Melt the peanut butter and butter then add to the Coco Pop mixture and combine well.
Once the mixture has come together roll tablespoon sizes into balls and place on a lined baking tray or plate.
Pop them in the fridge to cool, this helps them stick together.
Whilst the balls are in the fridge set up a double boiler and melt the chocolate slowly. Don't over do it other wise it’ll congeal!
Get the balls out of the fridge and start the dipping process, into the chocolate.
Pop the balls back on to the tray or plate and into the fridge again to set.
Once they've set, they’re ready to be enjoyed!
