Spaghetti Bolognese

2 teaspoons oil
500g lean minced beef
1 packet Continental Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe Base
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 x 420g can Woolworths Select chopped tomatoes
1 cup (250mL) water
250g Woolworths Select spaghetti


1. Heat oil in a large saucepan and brown mince. Add Recipe Base pack contents, mushrooms, tomatoes and water; stir well.

2. Cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes or until mince is cooked, stirring occasionally.

3. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti following packet direction; drain. Place spaghetti onto plates and spoon on sauce.

4. Top with shaved Parmesan and serve with a tossed green salad.
