1 pkt Maggi Brown Onion Gravy
1 cup red wine
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp rosemary leaves, chopped
2kg leg of lamb, bone in
1. Set the slower cooker to low.
2. Combine Maggi Brown Onion Gravy with red wine, Dijon mustard, honey and rosemary.
3. Add to the slow cooker bowl with the lamb leg.
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, turning and basting occasionally.
