1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1/3 cup lite cream-cheese spread
1 teaspoon Dijonnaise
8 slices sourdough rye bread
8 slices ham
1 small avocado, sliced
a few rocket leaves
1. Combine the cheese, spread and Dijonnaise. Spread over 4 slices of sourdough. Top with ham, avocado and rocket. Finish with remaining bread slices. Butter the bread on the outside.
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add toasties two at time and cook for 2-3 min each side, or until golden and cheese has melted. Alternatively, cook in a sandwich press.
