2 cups plain flour
2 cups milk
1. Sift the flour and a pinch of salt into a bowl, add the eggs and milk. Whisk the mixture until smooth. The mixture should be pouring consistency but not too runny.
2. When ready to cook, lightly grease a medium pan and place over a medium heat. Add a ladle of the mixture and swirl to coat the base. Cook for 1-2 min and then flip the pancake and cook for a further 1-2 min.
3. Turn onto a plate and spread with jam or Nutella. Fold in half twice. Cover with foil and repeat process. Serve with cream or ice- cream. Garnish with icing sugar and berries.
