2 chopped bananas
1/3 cup light and creamy evaporated skim milk
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
1. Place bananas into a food processor with light and creamy evaporated skim milk,sugar and vanilla. Blend well.
2. Add low-fat vanilla yoghurt and combine. Serve in glasses topped with blueberries.
