Ingredients

  • ¼ fresh pineapple
  • ¼ honeydew melon
  • 250g punnet strawberries
  • 100g red grapes
  • 14 wooden skewers
  • Yogurt dip
  • 200g tub berry yogurt
  • ½ cup of 60 per cent less fat cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar mixture
  • 2 tablespoons Malibu coconut-flavoured white rum
  1. Method

  1. To make yogurt dip, blend yogurt, cream cheese, icing sugar mixture and Malibu in a food processor Pour into a bowl.
  2. Chop pineapple, and melon into 3cm cubes. Thread fruit onto skewers.
  3. Serve fruit kebabs with dip.
