Grilled Mushroom Salad


  • 4 quartered flat mushrooms
  • 150g button mushrooms
  • 250g halved swiss brown mushrooms
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 sliced red and yellow capsicum
  • 80g snow pea sprouts
  • 100g baby asian salad greens
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 cooked corn cobs
  1. Method

  1. Char-grill 4 quartered flat mushrooms, 150g button mushrooms, 250g halved swiss brown mushrooms and 1 red onion, cut into wedges.
  2. Combine mushrooms and onion with 1 sliced red and yellow capsicum, 80g snow pea sprouts and 100g baby asian salad greens.
  3. Combine 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 tablespoon lime juice. Drizzle over salad. Serve with char-grilled lean t-bone steaks and corn cobs.
