After announcing her shock engagement last month, Frances Abbott is showing off her sparkler for the first time.
The 26-year-old, who said 'yes' to rower Sam Loch after two weeks of dating, flashes her engagement ring in a sweet snap her new fiancé posted to his Instagram story on Wednesday.
While Frances is seen cheekily sticking her tongue out to camera, she holds up her left hand to reveal what appears to be a sapphire stone in a white gold setting.
The daughter of former Prime Minister Tony Abbott, recently opened up about her whirlwind engagement to News Corp, saying she just knew he was the one.

Having been introduced by a mutual friend, Frances and and two-time Olympic rower Sam instantly knew they shared a special connection.
One night, just a fortnight after they met, Frances was putting peas away in the freezer when she noticed Sam standing in the doorway with a bottle of bubbly which is when he popped the question.
“Everyone’s like, ‘Wow, this is really fast,’” she told the outlet.
“But it feels so natural to me," she added. "His energy, it’s so grounding. When I am around him, I am like, ‘This is what it’s meant to be like.’ Life is short, and love is special, and sometimes you just need to follow your instincts.”
The pair share a love of fitness, with Frances recently taking up bodybuilding and fitness modelling.
