When applied and rubbed into your roots before you work out, it actually works to soak up perspiration, according to Her, meaning your hair will hopefully be easier to fix up when done.
Of course, this hair hack can only go so far. It’s not recommended to use it on a regular basis because it could lead to irritation on your scalp, and clogged pores.
