The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s joint monogram was unveiled by none other than Australia’s very own Georgie Gardner last week.

Unknowingly when she held the letter up to the cameras, it was the first time the royal couple’s joint monogram was being showcased.

The ‘H’ and ‘M’ in their names are perfectly intertwined, making it seem like this pair really were destined to be together.

But it’s the colour of the joint cypher which gives a subtle nod to Harry’s late mother Princess Diana.

The sapphire blue colour is reportedly a tribute to Diana, and was actually picked by Harry for his individual monogram, according to Town and Country.

As many will know, Diana’s engagement ring given to her by Prince Charles contained a sapphire blue stone.

The Duchess of Cambridge was given the ring by Prince William when he proposed to her in 2010.
