Hulk Hogan has got himself caught up in a bit of a Twitter mishap.
The former WWE champion confused the late Jackass star Ryan Dunn for Bam Margera – real name Brandon Margera – in what was meant to be a touching tribute.
“Damn Bam I wish you were still with us, I sure would love to hang out again my brother love u miss u HH,” Hogan originally tweeted with a picture of himself with Bam.
However, the 64-year-old recognised his mistake and apologised for the confusion.
- The mistake in Channel Nine’s tribute to Cornelia Frances
- Is Kendall Jenner dating an Aussie basketball player?
“Got Ryan and Bam mixed up sorry Bam!!! HH (sic),” he said.
Both posts have now been deleted from Hogan’s Twitter.
But, of course, this is the internet and you cannot get away without any eagle-eyes noticing.
Pro-wrestling Ryan Satin was quick to point out Hogan’s mistake.
