The royal nuptials of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle – now the Duke and Duchess of Sussex – was definitely the most star-studded event of the year with the likes of George and Amal Clooney, David and Victoria Beckham and Oprah Winfrey attending.
Another lucky celeb to score an invite was The Late Late Show presenter James Corden and his wife, Julia.
However, the host admitted he almost ruined the moment the royal couple exchanged their vows at St. Georges Chapel in Windsor on Saturday, May 19.
“Here’s the thing, the worst part of the ceremony for me was there was flowers everywhere – the most beautiful flowers you’ve ever seen,” the 39-year-old recalled on his talk show on Monday.

But, the former Gavin & Stacey star admitted the flowers triggered his allergies.
“I get quite bad allergies if I’m in close proximity to flowers so for a lot of the ceremony I just needed to sneeze,” he explained.
So much so, the host was desperately trying to keep the sneezing at bay especially “at the point when the Archbishop was saying, ‘If anyone knows of any reason… why these two should not be married'”.
“I was thinking, ‘Please don’t sneeze’, and I had to do one of those internal sneezes,” he said re-enacting his “internal sneeze”.
“I think I got away with it,” he added.
Just think though James, if you had sneezed during the vows; you most certainly would’ve stolen Reverend Michael Curry’s thunder from that sermon.
