A woman has come forward with allegations Jamie Foxx slapped her in the face with his manhood 16 years ago, a claim which the actor has called “absurd”.

The occurrence allegedly took place back in 2002 in Las Vegas, TMZ reports.

She reportedly went to the police about the alleged incident last week, claiming she and a friend were at a party Jamie was hosting.

The Oscar-winning actor allegedly asked the accuser for oral sex, but she refused and claims when she did so, he slapped her in the face with his genitals.

According to TMZ, the woman sought treatment in Los Angeles the week after the alleged incident for a “severe panic attack”.

Despite the statute of limitations having expired, alleged law enforcement sources told the publication the case is currently under investigation.

Foxx has vehemently denied the claims in a statement released by his attorney Allison Hart of Lavely & Singer to TMZ.

The actor denies the “incident ever occurred” calling the claims “absurd”.

“Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him,” the statement reads. “The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story.”

“The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened,” Hart added.
