Jessica Marais breaks silence on new romance
Since her split from fiancé James Stewart in 2015, Jessica Marais has remained extremely private about her love life.
However, the Gold Logie nominee has now lifted the lid on her romance with photographer Jake Holly in a recent interview with TV Week, admitting she’s “really happy”.
The actress did insist though that romance isn’t the only key to being happy, it was about having a great support network.
“But I think love and support and like-mindedness and friendship make people’s lives happier,” the 33-year-old explained. “So, of course, there’s joy around having those things in my life.”
It seems being bitten by the love bug has also made the Love Child actress open to the idea of more children.
“Oh, who knows? I used to think absolutely not… but you never know,” she told the magazine.
Jessica already has a six-year-old daughter with Home and Away star James.

The actress first sparked rumours of her blossoming romance with Jake in January while attending Nova’s Red Room with Sam Smith.
At the time Jessica told News Corp she and Jake were just “really good friends”.
Well now the cat is out of the bag, will she be taking him to the Logies?
