Julia Louis-Dreyfus' inspiring cancer message

Julia Louis-Dreyfus has been open about her battle with cancer and now she's just given it a big fat 'f*** you' post-surgery.

The Seinfeld star looked stunning in her 'first post-op photo' she posted on Instagram, updating her fans on her 'great' progress.

"Hoorah! Great doctors, great results, feeling happy and ready to rock after surgery," the 57-year-old captioned the photo.

The actress also addressed her cancer head-on and it looks like she's not letting it defeat her.

"Hey cancer, 'F*** you!'" she wrote. "Here's my first post-op photo."

Julia announced in September last year she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Last month, she finished her chemotherapy treatment and her two sons, Charlie and Henry Hall, celebrated by sharing a video of themselves lip-syncing to Michael Jackson's hit Beat it.

Julia has continually shared updates about her journey through chemotherapy and her cancer battle.
