Kanye West has resurfaced for the first time since being hospitalised after suffering a reported breakdown last month.
The rapper returned to the public eye on Thursday, attending an art exhibition at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, California.
Artist Giovanni Bassan broke the news on Instagram, sharing a snap of Kanye, 39, sitting on a chair with the caption, “K s in da house.”
The father-of-two - who is said to have suffered a "psychotic break" on November 21 after mixing up his meds - also unveiled a striking new hair do, showing off his new blonde locks.
Meanwhile, he's reportedly started putting his feelings down on paper, writing a new album about his troubles.
He's apparently set up a temporary studio in his Bel-Air mansion, and is using his music to exorcise the demons that led to his “nervous breakdown” last month.
Specifically, Kanye is focusing his efforts on writing about his marriage to Kim and the death of his mum Donda, who died in 2007 from complications following liposuction, a tummy tuck and breast reduction that he apparently paid for, TMZ reports.
Kim is currently helping nurse her husband back to health, and earlier today, her best friend Jonathan Cheban shut down reports that she wants a divorce.
“I just FaceTimed with Kim and Kanye and everyone's talking about some divorce rumors and I was laughing because I didn't hear that all day and I guess everybody else apparently here did and it's so funny to me because it's so not true," he told E! News.
"I don't know where people come up with stories but it's literally hysterical. They're in good spirits."
The pair have been married for over two years and have two children, daughter North, three, and one-year-old son Saint.
