The insane cost of Kim Kardashian's 'surrogate'

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reportedly forked out nearly two million dollars in order to have a security guard watch over their alleged surrogate 24/7.

Although the pair is yet to confirm reports they are expecting their third child, The Sun Online claims the couple have gone to great lengths to protect the woman’s safety.

The publication also claims the woman has been moved into a new home in a very “nondescript middle-class LA neighbourhood”.

According to an insider the house is “split level” and has been fitted with cameras “everywhere”.

“There are six security guards on rotation duties, for nine months,” claims the source.

“With the rent on the house, expenses for the security staff and their wages – that’s around AU$1.9million for the surrogates safety.”

Kim was questioned about the validity of the claims she and Kanye had hired a surrogate while attending an event earlier this week.

But instead of totally quashing the allegations, the reality TV star told E! News that “she’s seen a lot of things” out in the media and will let the public know “when we’re ready”.

According to TMZ Kim and Kanye’s surrogate is a married African-American woman in her 20s.

It’s claimed the couple have been married for five years and already have two children. The woman is also reportedly in great physical shape and has a university education.

It’s alleged that the woman is already halfway along and is due in late January. It's also been reported that she's pregnant with a baby girl.

Kim and Kanye are already parents to North, 4, and Saint, who will be two in December.
