Kylie Jenner mum-shamed for piercing five-month-old daughter's ears

The Kardashian-Jenners aren’t ones to bow down to backlash — whether it stems from accusations of culturally appropriating braids or being mommy-shamed over piercing a baby’s ears.

Just weeks after Khloé Kardashian caught flak for piercing two-month-old daughter True’s ears, fellow new mum Kylie Jenner is showing off her own infant’s studs.

Kylie, who was just named the 27th-richest self-made woman by Forbes thanks to her cosmetics empire, shared new Snapchat footage of herself cuddling with five-month-old daughter Stormi Webster, whose father is rapper Travis Scott.

Like her mum — who has removed her lip fillers — Stormi has a new look.

Her little ears now feature tiny studs.

Some voiced their disapproval of the piercings on social media.

However, many came to Kylie’s defence.

While many parents have their child’s ears pierced at a young age, it is still considered controversial by some, as the procedure can be painful.

Knowing Kylie, however, she’s unlikely to let a little mum-shaming slow her down.
