Exclusive: Leah Costa confirms Big Brother star dumped her

Bachelor In Paradise star Leah Costa franchise has confirmed her split from Big Brother hunk Anthony Drew.

Speaking exclusively to Be, the reality star says it was Anthony who called off the relationship, after Leah tricked fans by pretending she was engaged.

“He broke up with after the backlash from the engagement stunt (which he took the photo of in the back of the car),” Leah tells Be.

“He thought it would ruin his acting career if he was associated with me, which he’s trying to get into.”

The blonde star claims her ex is “now lashing out at me and spreading lies because I’ve given the media attention he was trying to hide from.”

Also taking to Instagram, Leah shared a snap of their pair kissing, along with a caption revealing she’s heartbroken.

“Life is hard and sometimes life is cruel,” she wrote.

“Sometimes your lucky enough to find the person that is everything you’ve ever been looking for and more, only to discover that they are broken inside and no matter how much of yourself you give or how hard you try or even how much you love them and how happy you seem to be it will somehow never be enough. She then posted another Instagram post just an hour later.

“It’s the first time in my life I’m going to be wholeheartedly selfish for once, with my time and my emotions.”

“Time to do what makes me happy. So far I’ve gotten a new job and a new car, buying a house soon and starting my second business. It’s so easy to forget how to make yourself happy.”

Back in April, Leah confirmed she was dating someone who “wasn’t in the Bachelor franchise” however remained mum on the name.

The 25-year-old then orchestrated a stunt while on The Project, wearing a huge diamond ring on THAT finger.

“I don’t think she’s engaged,” Simone Ormesher told Be at the time. “But I’m not really sure to be honest.”

In an interview with Kyle and Jackie O on the KIIS network, Leah tried to ramble her way through an explanation, however, later an Instagram post showed that she was doing a ‘social experiment’.

“I wear three or four rings [when I go out], doesn’t mean anything, especially these days where different cultures wear the ring on different hands, it means different things … Like, to just instantly assume …” Leah said.

The drama which followed her appearance on Bachelor in Paradise was only magnified by her behaviour on the show.

After US intruder Grant Kemp chose Ali over Leah, Mackane Reid revealed to Be that it was “karma”.
