Probably none of you. Well, let me tell you, once you do, you’ll never look back.

I have to confess, this is actually a dish that I made for my now ex-boyfriend, and the night I made it for him was the very night he asked me to be his girlfriend. Win!

He’d told me he'd never had anything as lush as this, so this is definitely one dish I use to impress.

I love this dish because it’s salty, creamy and has the perfect texture of those delicious mussels.

Serve it with crusty bread and my favourite, some red. Spectacular!
