I invited him to come around to my kitchen with his favourite dish so we could make it together, and what did he do? He rocked up empty handed, demanding a feed. Typical.

Thankfully, I had this epic recipe for colourful camp cupcakes up my sleeve, and Joel's such a bright spark, these were perfect for him.

When he’s not causing havoc in my kitchen, Joel’s a busy boy. He’s got his hilarious comedy show The Crown Prince – true LOLs, trust me – and he’s got some TV stuff coming up.

Don’t let this comedian fool you though. He’s a pro in the kitchen – you should see him crack an egg with one hand. It’s a thing of beauty.
