We wouldn’t mind if this ghost haunted our apartments and gave them a good spring clean!

A spooked landlord claims his pub may be haunted after a wet floor sign appeared to fold itself up nearly on the floor.

And if that wasn’t enough, a mop in the corner of the room then appears to move downwards.

Katie Ann Round and her business partner James Stevens have since revealed they are calling in a team of paranormal investigators to explain what is going on.

"I was in my bedroom at the time and they came running up the stairs,” James says.

"They have watched the footage after the mop fell over and they were both a bit frightened by what they saw.

"And so was I. When I watched it back I just thought 'what the hell is that?'.

“It sent a chill down my spine.”

But apparently the drinking establishment, called The Chapel House in Dudley in the U.K., has been haunted for some time.

"The locals have told us about a few ghostly goings on over the years and the pub has been around since 1830,” he continues.

"There's been lots of talk about strange things happening here but this was our first experience of it.

"I'm not really a believer in ghosts, but this makes you really think. It was a really weird experience and freaked me out a bit.

"But we have to say it must be the tidiest ghost. It did a very good job."
