This latest mannequin challenge will give you serious gymspo.

Gym buff Bradley Martyn shared possibly the most intense version of the challenge we’ve seen so far of people 'working out'.

The ripped gym-goers are posing in insane positions – think a guy bench pressing two girls, a super-flexible female standing on one leg while she holds her other leg up to her ear, and another gym bunny who remains dead still while hanging from a bar upside-down.

Even the girl whose job is just to hold a water bottle looks incredible.

The Mannequin Challenge, which sees people being filmed at a standstill, has taken the internet by storm.
