The post, which was presumably written by the husband, documents how he and his wife had manipulated their waitress into giving them better service by leaving five dollar bills on the table and removing one of them each time she made a mistake.

Now, a screenshot of the post has gone viral, with people absolutely infuriated at the audacity of the couple and how cruel their actions are.

"You put 5 singles out on the table at the beginning of dinner for the waiter/waitress to see. (Don't say anything to them) if they mess up, you take a dollar away, and so on," the post read.

Then the husband claims the waitress kept looking at the money on the table in confusion but ultimately she "played her cards right," and got her hands on the "entire" measly tip.

He went on to encourage other people to try this trick, to "get the best service of your life".

However instead of being impressed by the man's advice, the people of the internet were disgusted and took to Twitter to let their feelings be known.

"This person sucks. When is $5 enough tip for a dinner for 2 anyway?," one person said.

"If I had a customer do this & explain what was happening I would give them the bare min. service," another person said.

"Yeah, nothing says "I'm a piece of garbage" like this Facebook post though.. lost faith in humanity," a Twitter user commented.
