Is there anything better than the buzz that surrounds a good royal wedding?

Well, pencil September into your diary because that’s when Prince Harry is said to be taking himself off the market and popping the question to his Suits girlfriend Meghan Markle.

Cue excited squeals and plans to google Meghan Markle every day for wedding updates.

In news that has us all warm and fuzzy on the inside, Us Weekly claims a friend of the couple has revealed the pair will make things official in just a few short months.

“They will be engaged by the end of [US] summer,” a source told the publication. "[They] have spoken candidly about their future. They see a life together.”

The couple are set to celebrate their first anniversary near that date, and the speedy engagement is just the next step in a lightening quick romance that’s seen the lovebirds get serious very quickly.

According to the report, Toronto-based Meghan has spent just a few weeks away from her London-based beau, becoming such a regular at his Kensington Palace home that security staff now wave her in as if she were a permanent resident.

Add to this claims the star has asked Suits bosses to write her out of the hit show so she can re-locate, and all signs point to the lovebirds being committed to settling down together.

“Meghan feels a move to London is inevitable,” says the source. “It’s not like Harry can uproot!”

The engagement news comes following reports the couple are struggling more than ever with their long distance relationship.

The 35-year-old actress, who has been dating Prince Harry for the past nine months, is now back in Canada filming the next season of Suits and suffering from separation anxiety from the royal.

Speaking to Hello! Magazine, a show insider said Meghan is worried about how their romance will suffer.

"It will definitely be hard for her to do both Suits and continue building her relationship with Harry,” the insider said.
