Here's what $2.4m worth of plastic surgery looks like

She first went under the knife to get fake breasts at 17, and two decades later, British glamour model Alicia Douvall has dropped an incredible $2.4 million on plastic surgery.

Revealing all in a lingerie shot her daughter Georgia posted to Instagram earlier this year, the UK celeb has warned other women not to fall in the same plastic surgery trap as her.

After undergoing over 350 surgeries which include 16 boob jobs, 11 nose surgeries, 12 eye operations, three facelifts and having her ribs shaved, the mum-of-two regrets ever going under the knife.

Alicia, who now boasts 30G breasts, admits having her first surgery kickstarted a lifelong obsession she wish she'd never started.

“Cosmetic surgery hasn't done me any favours and now I’m in a place to say: 'Don’t have it, it does not help,'” she said on UK TV show This Morning last year.

“I don’t want to have surgery ever again, but obviously there are so many complications because I’ve had so many operations. I have the dilemma of having the implants taken out or leaving leaking silicone in my body.”

One of the implants leaking in Alicia’s body are her bum implants, which have left her in pain since the day she got them.

“I can’t go to the cinema, I can’t go to the theatre, anything that requires me to sit down. I can sit down for 15 to 20 minutes, max,” she explains.

“No surgeon will operate on me, not one. They will only remove the implants, not replace them. If I have them removed I’ll have a baggy bum.”

After becoming obsessed with Barbie as a child, Alicia’s addiction to surgery spiraled out of control as her body insecurities grew.

But after years of having surgeries and all sorts of procedures done to her body, the British starlet has had enough.

“I haven't had fillers or Botox for years,” she told Closer. “I looked fake and all that 'Barbie' image doesn't appeal to me any more. I want to look natural.”
