The 5 most ghastly villains found in your child's lunchbox

Do you know what you're slotting into your kids' lunch boxes?

There are undoubtedly some horrific food being fed to our kids. The worst part: This junk is often given a health tick via the current traffic light system which labels “always on the menu” foods Green, “select carefully” foods Amber while a Red label denotes “not recommended”. Yep, sugary foodstuffs like Coco Pops and Paddle Pops are thus deemed not only safe for our kids, but also beneficial and wonderful things to sell at school canteens and to pop into lunch boxes.
