After months of quietly dating outside of the spotlight, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are going very public with their romance, sharing a cute kiss and cuddle after the royal’s polo match on the weekend.

After finally attending their first public event together, the couple were spotted catching up in the carpark, with Harry - still wearing his polo outfit - seen going in for a smooch.

Making a very public statement about their romance, the Suits star was seen cheering in the royal box at the Audi Polo Challenge at Coworth Park Polo Club in Ascot the day before.

With all eyes on Meghan, the 35-year-old actress looked perfectly put together in a black dress and sunglasses, surrounded by Harry's friends.

Clearly committed to her girlfriend duties, Meghan was seen attending day two of the event, where she was spotted snuggling up to Harry.

While the royal and his girlfriend have been photographed on a date night in London before, as well as attending his pal Tom Inskip’s wedding in Jamaica, this is the first time the pair have stepped out in full view of the public.

Meghan is also reportedly set to be Harry’s plus one at Pippa Middleton’s wedding later this month.

With the couple happy to finally brave the spotlight, it’s sparked speculation they're getting more serious than ever.

"This is a love [Harry's] never felt before," a source told Us Weekly. "He's met someone who understands him on a deeper level and they just connect."

Meghan's attendance at the polo is just another sign she's been 'accepted' into the royal family.

Despite only dating Prince Harry since last November, insiders say those closest to him are happy he's finally found someone.

The Suits star even has her own direct line to the 32-year-old's royal aide, Edward Lane Fox, for when she needs help with royal protocols.

"There have been many times where Meghan's been unsure of protocol, and having access to Harry's aides has been a godsend," a source told Us Weekly.

In another sign of how serious things are, Meghan is also waved through security when she visits his London home at Kensington Palace.

"Harry has made it clear she's to be treated like everyone else who lives there," adds the source.
