Would you wear this controversial bikini?
It’s no secret that cheeky bikini bottoms are in right now.
It’s also no secret that many are wearing a regular-cut bikini bottom and scrunching it up into cheeky territory.
A controversy broke out on Twitter recently about the surge of women who are trying to be a part of the cheeky bikini trend by pulling their bottoms up themselves.
Nobody on the Internet seems to be here for the look, that might as well be called what it is: a wedgie.
When did it become a trend to pull your bikini bottoms so high you basically have a wedgie? 😂

I can report that bikini bottoms which are so small they're like a half wedgie, half g-string are the hot thing on the beach this summer, which is great news for super fit 22 year olds.

Miss the days when it wasn't impossible to buy bikini bottoms that didn't give a permanent wedgie look

I proper don't get why lasses buy a standard bikini but then wedgie themselves? Just buy a thong babe 💁🏼

But for those wondering where the trend came from, you can almost guarantee that Kylie Jenner had something to do with it.
After championing the thigh-brow trend, and inspiring the need for wedgie jeans, Kylie can seemingly make anything “the thing”.
