Woman finds used underwear in online shopping order

One woman’s excitement at finally receiving her online shopping order quickly turned to disgust when she discovered something she definitely didn’t order in the package.

Christine Evans took to Twitter after the jeans she purchased from department store Nordstrom arrived with a used G-string stuffed into the pocket.

As if that wasn’t enough, the New York local reveals she was outraged at the response when she informed the store.

“After, many years of loyalty to your company, I was appalled at the lack of customer service you gave me when I received a pair of Not Your Daughters Jeans with a DIRTY and WORN womens THONG in the front pocket,” Christine tweeted.

“I called customer service, the response was not adequate with the company standards and the customer service you pride yourself on."

Christine told the New York Post she was offered replacement jeans, but didn't think that was good enough.

“I would imagine that a company such as this one could do more for a loyal, card-holding customer,” she told the publication.

“As a nurse, the numerous amount of health hazards this issue presents is astounding.”

The store has since apologised and are looking into the matter.
