Kate Middleton gets bear hugged after winning over excited kids

Kate Middleton has showed that she’s a natural with kids, after winning over kids at a local London school, who lined up to give the Duchess a hug.

The 36-year-old mother-of-two, who is pregnant with her third child, visited Bond Primary School in Mitcham, south west London, to see their Wimbledon Junior Tennis Initiative.

And just when she was about to leave, the little kids decided to line up and give the Duchess a bear hug one-by-one.

Kate can be seen in the video above on her honkers, ready and waiting to shake each one of their hands.

However, the adorable kids had a different idea, with each of them hugging her instead.

The Duchess obliged, bringing them all in for an embrace with a massive smile on her face.

Kate, who has visited Great Ormond Street Hospital earlier in the day, was dressed in a pure white jacket from PlayBrave, which is currently on sale for $190.

She matched it with a pair of Monreal track pants and white Nike Air Vapor runners.

It comes after she stepped out earlier in the day without her wedding ring on.

The 36-year-old, who was given Princess Diana’s sapphire engagement ring by Prince William when he proposed in 2011, visited Great Ormond Street Hospital in London.

However, royal watchers were quick to notice that Kate, who was wearing a red high street Boden coat, had decided to show up at the hospital without the bling on her finger.

Kate was opening Mittal Children’s Medical Centre at the hospital, which provides accommodation and supplies for families with sick children.

And while some people might be concerned the Duchess ditched her engagement ring for the day, it’s thought she was just adhering to the hospital’s policy.

The hospital recommends guests remove any of their jewellry before entering the wards.

It’s also been speculated that perhaps she decided to leave it at home because she might have swollen fingers due to her pregnancy.
