Kate shows first real glimpse of baby bump
Kate Middleton is set to give birth to her third child in April, and the public has finally got the first real glimpse of her growing baby bump.
The Duchess of Cambridge was positively glowing in a knee-length blue dress while delivering a speech about mental health at Roe Green Junior School in London.
“What [Harry, William and I] have seen first-hand is that the simple act of having a conversation about mental health – that initial breaking of the silence – can make a real difference,” she said.
Focusing on young children and the role teachers play in their lives, Kate added, “The ultimate goal is that all teachers in the country should know where to turn for expert resources to support the emotional well-being and mental health of children in their care.”
The 36-year-old was there to launch a new website to help children access better mental health support in school.
Mentally Healthy Schools is the latest initiative from the Heads Together campaign — launched by the duchess alongside her husband, Prince William, and Prince Harry — which aims to highlight gaps in mental health care.
This program in particular is designed to provide teachers with comprehensive advice and ideas on mental health related matters.
Arriving at the school for the launch, Kate covered her Serpahine dress with a Sportsmax coat she’s previously wore while pregnant with Charlotte in 2015.
She paired the coat with a $165 CAD scarf by Beulah London and large tanzanite earrings.
