Internet roasts Trump over bizarre shirt detail

He’s not known for his amazing memory, but the internet has had a field day after Donald Trump showed off a hidden detail to his customised shirts.

Already coming under fire after his notes during a ‘listening session’ with survivors of the Florida high school shooting were revealed, including the platitude ‘I hear you’, a closer look at the President's cuffs revealed something else.

Eagle-eyed viewers noticed the number 45 embroidered on his sleeve, which many took to be a reference to his title as 45th President of the United States.

It saw the Twitterverse speculate exactly why the 71-year-old needed customised shirts to remind him of his title in the first place, and how much they cost the taxpayer.

Trump hasn't had the best week in the Twitterverse, making headlines after he blasted Oprah Winfrey as being 'insecure'.

"Just watched a very insecure Oprah Winfrey, who at one point I know very well, interview a panel of people on 60 Minutes," he wrote.

Oprah's questions to the panel were 'biased and slanted' and her facts were 'incorrect', according to Trump.

Many are hoping Oprah may be a rival for Trump in the 2020 presidential elections and even he is hoping for that outcome but only so he has the opportunity to 'expose' the 64-year-old.

"Hope Oprah runs so she can be exposed and defeated just like all of the others!" he said.
