Video of mum breastfeeding while pole dancing is inspiring

Most mums find it near to impossible trying to fit in a workout when you have a child to look after, but not this mum.

Ashley Wright proves to all mums in this video that you can slip in some exercise not only while babysitting, but while breastfeeding too!

The ‘Badass breastfeeding, babywearing, attachment parenting, pole dancing, yogi mumma,’ as she describes herself on online, uploaded the 20 second video to Facebook on January 10 and has since gone viral.

In the video titled ‘Ascenscion,’ Wright effortlessly climbs the pole with her daughter Shannon happily lying in a sling around her chest.

She then hooks onto the pole with her knee and levitates in a meditation pose, simultaneously gliding around the pole while her daughter suckles on her bosom.

The inspiring clip has had an overwhelming response, with 2.8 million views, 6500 comments and 16,000 likes.

One fan was completely blown away and commented, “I don't know who you are, or where you are from, but HOLY MOLY, you are an icon. This is truly the coolest, most beautiful and feminine thing I've seen in forever…” To which the health guru replied, “Namaste.”

Wright is no newbie to pole dancing and neither is her daughter.

She has numerous videos on her Facebook of her doing all kinds of pole-dancing tricks, some even show Shannon following in her mums footsteps giving the sport a go.

This mum and her daughter have certainly set the bar high.
