This mum pole danced her way through pregnancy
Jill McLean (aka Cleo the Hurricane), refused to hang up her heels during pregnancy.
“I absolutely LOVE being pregnant (for the most part)... but I have also never felt so unsexy as I do today (especially in the last trimester).. womanly DEFINITELY, feminine YES, confident YES... but sexy? That's a big NO,” McLean said on her blog.
A Facebook video of the 36-year-old pole dancing went viral earlier this month and people went crazy for her inspiring act.
The mum-to-be at the time said on her blog her body had changed significantly and didn't make her feel sexy, so pole dancing helped her get her mojo back.

“I have been CRAVING and LOVING that feeling of putting on my heels, a sexy song and pole dancing... just to feel sexy again.”
In the video she can be seen strutting towards the pole with confidence in seriously high heels, tummy rolling and doing the splits to perfection.
For a severely pregnant woman, this can only be described as incredible.
“I'm not really 'pole dancing' that much (definitely no tricks or inversions) but I have been taking flexy pregnancy pics nearly every month in my pole gear as it is such a significant time in my life and what a better way to document it... in the splits or on the pole!,” McLean said.
McLean admitted she’s more comfortable in her sky-high stilettos than barefoot and wouldn’t wear heels if she thought it was dangerous.
“I take my pregnancy VERY seriously and would never put on a pair of 7 or 8" heels if I wasn't completely comfortable and confident in them. Strapping on these heels and strutting to the pole, completely confident and aware, with my heels as an extension of my legs I feel completely comfortable!” She said.

Being pregnant pole dancer isn’t something you see every day and McLean knows there are people out there who would criticise her.
“Yes, what I do is still considered "taboo" to some people who don't know any better, but to me, it is STRENGTH and my PASSION and that is all that matters,” she said.
Mclean has since announced on Instagram that on March 24 she gave birth to a healthy son named John Rocco.
Pole dancing is how Mclean expresses herself and said “I’m sure my son is gonna think his mum rocks when we bring out these pics on his 21st birthday!”
This pole dancing mum is just getting started.
