Get Gigi’s abs in just 30 minutes

She’s a lean, mean, supermodel machine and Gigi Hadid is no fool when it comes to getting the body she wants.

Rather than killing herself with hours of exercise, gym-hater Gigi goes for a short, sharp, high-intensity, maximum result workout - and that means hopping into the boxing ring.

“It’s my new obsession. It’s like my second home in New York,” Gigi told Us Weekly. “It’s not just like going to the gym and working to work out, because that gets so boring to me. It’s something I can get better at, and that’s why I like it.”

A regular at Gotham Gym when she’s in NYC, Gigi admits she gets “so into it mentally” that she forgets she’s even working out. The result? Abs you could grate cheese on.

Owner of Gotham Gym, Rob Piela, admits he likes to mix it up with Gigi and his other celeb clients including Kendall Jenner and Cara Delevingne.

"We start with jump rope — there's no better way to slim down legs — and we end with ballet-inspired floor exercises. . . . In the middle, we box," says Rob. "All the girls I work with can fight — boxing is great for someone who's competitive."
