We can’t promise any miracles, but VS models and real-life besties Josephine Skriver and Jasmine Tookes have started an Instagram account detailing exactly what they do to get in shape.

Good pals for years after they started their modeling careers at around the same time, the two are dedicated workout buddies who push each other in the gym.

Now the pair have unveiled their new Instagram account JoJa, focusing on healthy tips and fun ways to workout with your pals.

“We both really love fitness and health, and we wanted to give people a deeper look into our everyday fitness routine,” Jasmine told vogue.com. “The best part of working out with a friend is that they push you to your limit! If she does 15 push-ups, then I have to do 16!”

With nearly 50,000 followers jumping on the JoJa exercise bandwagon since the account started two months ago, the pair post quick and easy to follow workout videos, as well as fun snaps of them hanging out together.

And while the girls are the best of gym buddies, they both have different passions.

Jasmine is a weights and resistance training junkie, while Josephine is more into the lean and lengthening powers of yoga.

“For the mind and soul, I love yoga! I’ve been getting into it lately and it really helps soothe me,” says Josephine.
