All the food Jenna Dewan Tatum eats in a day

Jenna Dewan Tatum has revealed her daily food diary and yep, it's every bit as healthy as you'd imagine.

The actress told Women's Health that her diet purely comes down to wholesome, nutritious food.

No surprises there...

For breakfast, Jenna lives off green smoothies packed with fruit and veg, including spinach, kale, lemon, apple, banana, pear, cod liver oil and black sesame seeds blended with water.

"My skin, my hair, my energy—everything is better," she says as a result of her brekkie.

For lunch, the 35-year-old tucks into a tabouli salad.

"It's my favourite," she said. "I like to make things that will keep for a couple of days, and I can just grab and go."

For dinner, Jenna will make a brown rice bowl with black beans and roasted veggies, including carrots, purple potatoes, butternut squash, asparagus and zucchini.

Her diet is truly the stuff of a nutritionist's dream.

It's no wonder she looks so incredible.
