11 problems only people with contact lenses understand
For the most part, contact lenses are a saviour for glasses-wearers. Suddenly, you can go for a run without your frames falling off your face, or wear any pair of sunglasses you want (prescription-free!)
But there's a lot of pain that comes with the convenience. Like the dread when you settle in bed only to realise you're still wearing your contacts.

Or when a lens gets caught in the back of your eyelid, and all you can think of is it somehow entering the brain cavity.
Or when you put a contact lens in backwards, and it feels like you've put a tiny razor in your eyeball.
Or when you're putting in your lenses and you realise you still have a bit of toothpaste on your finger....or worse, chilli.
The struggle is real.
