It’s easy to assume Gigi's just naturally blessed with supermodel features - like those washboard abs she has no qualms flaunting. But, although she’s clearly genetically blessed, Gigi actually works hard for that ironing board stomach.
Gigi's trainer, Rob Piela, tells Vogue: “It’s all about how hard you work and how much you put in—Gigi is a hard worker.”
Rob, who's been training Gigi for 2.5 years, advises that to achieved a similar supermodel core to her you’ll need to do careful ab work four days a week – including planks, crunches and leg raises.
“The combination of those three moves is golden,” he says.
