Dr Pimple Popper's latest video has us all staring at our screens with our mouths wide open.

The video above shows how dermatologist Dr Sandra Lee removes a massive cyst in the center of a man's forehead - it's a bump-like unicorn horn.

Apparently the patient has had the lump for SIX years!

We'll not anymore.

After 20 minutes, Dr Lee removes all the liquid out of the cyst and sews the man's forehead back up to look more normal.
