Skipping breakfast can give you bad breath

If you’re like many of us rushing to get out of the house in the morning, then skipping breakfast before you run out the door is probably something you’re guilty of.

But be warned, according to a dentist, this can leave you with more than just an empty stomach screaming at you by the time you get to work.

“It leaves the morning mouth dry allowing bacteria to linger,” Mervyn told the Daily Mail.
