Liz Hurley, 52, gets flexible in a bikini

Everyone’s favourite bikini babe has proved she’s as flexible as she is flawless.

Elizabeth Hurley, 52, is back in her bathers for another envy-inducing snap, only this time she’s also showing off her gymnastic ability by posing in a handstand.

The actress and mum of one is seen resting her legs against a palm tree along a quiet, tropical beach in the snap shared to Instagram at the weekend.

She wears a pretty peach coloured bikini from her own swimwear collection – of course – as she continues to spruik the brand through the height of the UK winter.

Liz, who famously dated Aussie cricketer and larrikin Shan Warne, is a big yoga fan, and between filming her TV show The Royals, and promoting her bikini line, she loves making time for a yoga session.

While she says she doesn’t like going to the gym, Liz maintains an active lifestyle and opts for yoga, Pilates and walking instead.

Healthy eating is also a massive factor in maintaining her killer figure, and she told The View a couple of years ago that, "I have to be careful because I am 50”.

"I always watch what I eat, but I eat plenty of food. I don't do all that green juice, I don't do any of that… powders, I don't really take vitamins. I try not to eat too much for dinner."
