I'm A Celeb's Skye Wheatley's incredible transformation since Big Brother fame

Skye Wheatley started as a barista who entered the Big Brother house in 2014 and is now a mega influencer.

I'm A Celebrity winner Skye Wheatley might've been crowned queen of the jungle earlier this week, but before her big win and prior to her huge influencing career, audiences knew her from her 2014 stint on Big Brother.

The 30-year-old reality star finished in third place on Big Brother, and was reportedly set to star in the 2022 series but allegedly was cut after an insensitive joke about her sex life with her partner.

Resurfaced snaps of Skye have now popped up on social media, with Instagram account before.after_influencers showing a bunch of images of Skye during her first reality TV appearance 10 years ago compared to now.

In the last 10 years, the former barista turned social media star has grown a fanbase of over 600k on Instagram, nearly 350k on TikTok, and has had two children with her partner Lachlan, Forrest and Bear.

In an interview with Yahoo Lifestyle, Skye hasn't ruled out more reality TV in her future, saying, "Absolutely, if you need me on the show, hit me up, I'll do it! I'm up for anything."

In the week leading up to the I'm A Celeb finale, Daily Mail Australia reported that Skye may have only agreed to go on the show if she knew she would win, according to a production insider. The insider claimed her time on the show was very carefully planned and she was assured she'd make it to the finale.

Speaking with Yahoo Lifestyle, Skye laughed the rumours off, admitting it had probably been the most wild rumour she had heard about herself for some time.

"That is brain-wrecking to me," Skye laughed. "I don't know where it [the rumours] start, I'd love to be there, like did you just make this up from nothing? I would love to be a fly on the wall."

Skye went on to say when she first got the call-up, she actually offered to do the show for free.

"That's actually madness because when they called me and said 'Do you want to do the show?' I said, 'Babe, I'd do it for free!'."
