“I have great support from both my family and partner so that helps a lot,” Pia, who is from both Chilean and Australian decent, said.

“It’s always a constant juggle like with all mothers but I rely on communication and patience because these things can always be tricky.

“I think the most important thing is ensuring that my kids know that I’m here and will drop anything, anytime for them.”

The actress, who has recently been announced as the first-ever Australian ambassador for Gillette Venus, says she manages to remain positive through practicing yoga.

“I try and quieten my mind and release all worries through yoga,” she said.

“It’s so important to keep bringing yourself back to the present moment and reminding yourself of all of the blessings you have been graced with.

“I’ve got beautiful, happy and healthy children, a loving family, strong friendship groups and a job I love. Life is really wonderful.”

The star admits that she has an “on-the-go lifestyle” with her hectic work schedule and being a mum to her two boys.

She says she stays in shape by constantly either being in the water or running around “kicking a footy” with her kids.

“For me, exercise is about constantly being active rather than following a strict routine,” she said.

“It doesn’t matter what you do, it’s just important to keep moving.”

If you ever see her at the beach, you’ll more than likely catch her in a wide sunhat, wearing factor 50-tinted sunscreen.

“Apart from SPF and a hat my beach bag always includes a Turkish towel, lip balm, sea salt spray, lots of water, sunnies and a good summer read,” she said.

Her other beauty essentials are Venus ComfortGlide for smooth legs, a ghd, Benefit Hoola bronzer for a radiant complexion, Nars illuminator for a healthy glow and Macabalm for hydrated lips.
