Tiffiny Hall's empowering before-and-after baby photos

All too often, the first photo we see of a celebrity’s body after they’ve had a baby is flawless.

Playing up their best angle, it can be hard to believe they were ever actually pregnant as they flaunt an impossibly flat stomach.

But that’s not what Biggest Loser trainer Tiffiny Hall is doing.

The first time mum, who gave birth to son Arnold last month, has been proudly sharing her honest and unfiltered post baby journey, including photos of her ‘fourth trimester’.

Posting a ‘before and after’ photo to Instagram, Tiff said she ‘couldn't be happier’ with her current shot.

“I look at Arnold and it's me who created that little Ninja!” she said.

“My body did that. So, the way I see it, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

As a personal trainer, Tiffiny was in peak physical shape before becoming pregnant (as her ‘before’ shot clearly shows), and continued to do pregnancy appropriate exercise and maintain her healthy eating habits throughout.

However now that Arnold has arrived, she’s not in a hurry to get back into her hard-core training.

As she explained in a previous post, “we're in the '4th trimester' and it's a chaotic, overwhelming and blissful time. I am so happy that all my energy is going into bonding with my baby.”

“I could be worrying about my body and feeling pressure to bounce back or… I could just love my body because it is the strongest it’s ever been after labour and delivering a child.

“There will come a time for me to get back into my fitness and Taekwondo, but as long as this brown line is here, it means it's my time to focus on #selfcare: from listening to a meditation podcast whilst doing the washing, eating as well as I can, drinking loads of water, doing pelvic floor lifts when feeding Arnold and allowing myself to just cry it out if that's what the moment calls for.

“This is mine, Ed's and Arnie's journey and there is no rush. We are stopping to smell all of the baby roses.”

Well said, Tiff.
