Bride-to-be bitten by snake after surprise proposal
There’s a lot of things that can go wrong when someone pops the question.
A family member might accidentally spoil the surprise, the fiancé-to-be could hate the ring, or worst case scenario, might not actually be all that keen.

Luckily, none of those things happened when Jessica Daniel’s partner of seven years, Joshua Wells got down on bended knee.
But what did happen was actually a whole lot worse, with Jessica left in hospital after Joshua’s romantic proposal on Digger’s Beach in Coffs Harbour.
The surprise proposal happened on Jessica’s 24th birthday, with the couple watching the sunrise before Josh asked the receptionist to be his wife.
"We have been together for over 7 years. I was so excited all I could do was cry and say yes over and over," Jessica told news.com.au.
The excited couple decided to celebrate by heading to the Big Banana fun park and going on some rides.
After a few hours, the day took a serious downturn when the couple began walking up to their final ride – and Jessica was bitten not once, but twice on her big toe by a yellow-faced whip snake.
“It hurt so much... like someone chopped my toe off,” she told news.com.au.
Although venomous, they aren’t considered dangerous, but Joshua drove Jessica to the hospital to get checked out.
“Now sitting in hospital waiting for blood tests!” Jessica captioned a Facebook snap.
With the 24-year-old given the all clear, if this is what happens at Jessica and Joshua’s proposal, we can’t wait to see what happens at their wedding!
